I recently started using Sierra Chart via Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data. During a trial period using the SC delayed data I was able to graphically display via charts both intraday and daily data. However, since transitioning to the live data feed, I am not able to chart the daily historical data for ES (which is the only future I trade); only the current day's bar/candle is showing. Referring to the following Message Log, I receive an error message after executing a "delete and download data" that "download failed" on the daily chart, and I see an error message that "user login failed", but the login credentials are working for logging into the platform and downloading intraday data: Software version: 2028 64-bit | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Usage end date: 2020-03-18 | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for: Advanced Features 2. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for: Sierra Chart Historical Data Service. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for: Sierra Chart Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for: Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for: Delayed Denali Real-Time Exchange Data Feed. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for exchange: INDEXES_DATA_BARCHART | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Enabled for exchange2: CME | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Received 1 data feed usernames. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is enabled. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Current selected Data/Trading service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Custom symbol settings values: enabled | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Chart Update Interval: 500 | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Intraday Data Storage Time Unit: 0 | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Time Zone: -08:00:00 (PST-08PDT+01,M3.2.0/02:00,M11.1.0/02:00) | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 2020-01-05 06:25:12 Local computer time | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 2020-01-05 14:25:12 Local computer time in UTC | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 2020-01-05 06:25:12 Local computer time in SC Time Zone | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 2020-01-05 14:04:09 Server time in UTC | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Local computer UTC time and Server UTC time difference: 1 seconds. | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Program path: C:\SierraChart (demo)\ | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 Data Files path: C:\SierraChart (demo)\Data\ | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.235 OS Version Number: 10.0 | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.236 Locale Setting: C | 2020-01-05 06:25:12.236 Added historical Daily data request for ESH20_FUT_CME to the queue. | 2020-01-05 06:25:21.156 Triggering next historical data download in queue. | 2020-01-05 06:25:21.156 HD Request # 5 | Downloading Historical Daily chart data for ESH20_FUT_CME.
