Hi team, I get the error message that: cme trading account required when I try to load options data, I clicked get options from the list and its not loading. I am sure I am eligible for CME futures options or stock options data as per my subscription, please advise? REgards, Jackson |

Please dont switch me over for free yet, I need eurex data soon as well, and 2 connections looking to increase to 200 symbol, if I want to have options data as well, does that mean everytime I wana trade European products I have to switch back from Denali exchange data feed to Sierrachart real time data feed? For any reason if Denali data feed expereience technical issues, will I still be able to gain access to real time CME DATA through sierrachart real time data feed? |

No. The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed can be used together at the same time.
