charts weren't moving when market was open

The Forex market opened back up on January 1st at 3:00 pm central time. But your charts didn't start moving until sometime on the morning of January 2nd. I really needed them on the 1st. It seems like you need to refund some of my money. Or in the least, add some credit time to my account.

This data comes from FXCM and FXCM did not open at that time. We certainly do not provide any credit for that. We are in the process of looking for another source of a Forex data. Your response made zero sense. I have no idea what FXCM even is. All the Forex brokers were taking trades. That means the market was in motion and your charts, made it look like the market was closed. That means your service was useless for several hours when things were happening
