Watchlist cycle keyboard shortcuts?

are there any keys for cycling through a watchlist? I know there is a drop down compact watchlist but that's not really convenient to use, so I keep a full watchlist window open. But it would be nice if I could just cycle through the symbols there similar to how i can cycle through chartbooks with keyboard shortcuts |
