Problem with Futures data

Hi, I am wondering if someone can help me look into an issue with futures data for my account? There is currently no real-time futures data although all CFD tickers are working fine. Looked into my control board and seems like all the right services are activated. I've also tried DIS/CONTINUE connection a few times but nothing happened. Thank you very much. Best Regards, Elaine |

I've downloaded the new version of SierraChart and all data connection is lost. This is the message I get. It seems to say that I don't have the right package but I am still connected to all three packages I activated. Is it because I need to transition to the new Denali exchange in order for the new version to work? if you can help me take a look that'd be much appreciated. After trying updating the new version a few times it's worked! Sorry and thanks for your time. Btw, I am wondering if you would recommend transitioning to the Denali exchange, will it be faster/less error or delay-prone? Thanks a lot for your help and have a wonderful holidays! The problem is you are running an older version and a software update was needed. This is why you could not connect to the data feed. This would also be the very same case when using the Denali Exchange Data Feed. And yes you should transition to the Denali Exchange Data Feed in any case. We do recommend transitioning to the Denali Exchange Data Feed, but only because it will cost you the same amount, but you will not have any symbol limits and you can have 2 connections without having to pay extra. To make the transition, just select the Deactivate button for the exchange and connections. They will continue through the end of the month.
