I have subscribed HKFE exchange datafeed and working fine so far but it was suddenly stopped at about 11:30am HKT today. Pls kindly help to check and fix it.

We are not observing a problem right now and it looks like the Hong Kong futures market is closed. Let us know if you continue to have a problem when the market reopens.

We are still not observing any problems with the data feed. You also need to be running an up-to-date version of Sierra Chart. If you are running an older version there could be a connection problem. Update instructions:
