We need to be able to place opposing orders for the same symbol on different contracts at the exact same time. This is an automated process through the DTC protocol. Looking through the documentation I don't see any specific order type to accomplish this. Is the best way just to send two separate SUBMIT_NEW_SINGLE_ORDER messages one after another? Thanks As Always for your quick response! David |

If it is not an exchange traded spread, yes you would just submit two single orders. Otherwise, you would use the exchange traded spread symbol.

Your documentation says we need to change Data/Trade Services to SC All Services in order to get spread symbols. We are currently with your TT Fix and Denali setup. We were under the impression that this was your most premium package and the one you plan to migrate most of your business to. Is there a way to get spread symbols through our Denali/TT Fix package?

You can get spread symbols when using the TT based order routing. Refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartOrderRoutingServiceWithData.php#Symbols And you can also fetch them using the DTC protocol as well. Great thanks! And is submitting an order the same, we would just put in the spread symbol and for the price we would just use the spread price? Can you direct me to documentation on how to submit a spread order using DTC? Thanks as always for your help. David |

Yes this is correct. Do you mean documentation for how to submit an exchange traded spread? It is no different than just any other order.
