We will get back to you on this. First you need to switch to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. You cannot be using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which you activated. And we also need to get a TD Ameritrade account statement from you.

But I already paid for the Exchange data feed. What TD ameritrade statement do you need?

It does not matter whether you have paid or not. The CME does not allow the data unless there is a confirmed trading account. We will get back to you on this. We have a facility for you to upload a statement. We are just finishing up on that.
