setting up alerts from chart book study

Anyone know were I can get a crash course in setting alert conditions to my phone. My trading parameters are a pretty complex set of variables, a single chart can have 20ID labels and have 2 to 4 labels within each id. So the alert would need more then 7 crossing 21 moving average type of thing? I know there is a written step buy step but if someone knows a place that has a video or is even interested in making a coupled bucks! Let me know. thank you
