Could you please add the possibility to save a SC spreadsheet as Excel file (simple xls). Right now it can be saved as txt file which has the disadvantage that it only saves one sheet of a SC spreadsheet. In most cases a spreadsheet has several sheets. It's not necessary to do this within the Spreadsheet Study as it used to be, just within the Save As command. I'd be happy to pay for this. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-12-17 17:03:40

This is not something we would add support for. One thing we could do is give the ability to save a spreadsheet as values only or formulas only when saving it as plaintext. It's not the formulas that are needed. All of that can be done within SC spreadsheet. Also the plaintext files aren't the issue either, they can be opened and used in Excel. The pain is, that (within plaintext files ?) just one sheet can be saved at a time. Data from 30+ markest (charts/sheets within a spreadsheet) that are needed in Excel for further processing can not be handled by hand each day. Please rethink if you don't see a possibilty to add this. Just something simple, nothing fancy. This would add a hugh advantage to SC. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-12-17 18:25:58

Any chances you'll find a solution for this? It's really important to me / my market analysis. In case you don't find a way for saving all sheets of a SC spreadsheet to use in Excel, can this be accomplished by ACSIL? |

Could you please reply to my last post. If there are no chances doing this within SC I'll have to find a solution with an external program. |

Yes, no chance. However, refer to the following ACSIL function and the 4 after it: sc.GetSheetCellAsDouble() Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
