It says that "once the LMAX demo account has been assigned to your Sierra Chart account, then continue with step 5. Only 5 levels of market depth data is available during a demo." But mine shows, only one levels of market depth. How could I fix that?

There may only be one level for CFDs. Tell us the symbol you are looking at market depth data for.
