Number bars chart replay not working

Hi, i have 5 order books open. The number bars chartbook is moving accordingly with price, but none of the numbers are displayed. the other chartbooks are replaying fine. the date and time has been adjusted for, and the price reflected moves on the number bar scale, only the number bars themselves are not showing anything. thanks
