I was just going to sleep and my trading system was running like a dream...

And....Woke up to dysfunction (and castaway positions) thank god i'm on sim now..


I can't flatten anything from SC...

Everything was fine before I dozed off! lol

My order entries are also unusually slow...( when I click in the DOM it takes a second or 2 for the order to go through)

Any ideas of the cause?

I am using many spreadsheets and 2 chartbooks....

Perhaps it would be better if I consolidated to 1 chartbook?

There is also instances of trade management...

1. If there are any errors with order submission, check Trade >> Trade Service Log and report those errors to your broker if they are errors which originate from the trading service server. Keep in mind that if you are in Trade Simulation Mode, you are not cannot do anything with live orders or positions. You will need to disable Trade Simulation Mode.

2. Generally this kind of error relates to insufficient Memory which is used by Windows for graphics and windows

AlphaBlend returned an error. Error code: 87

Restarting Sierra Chart and restarting your system may help. If it is due to heavy use of memory by the T4 API, that will improve when we change the integration method to CTS T4.

3.From our perspective, we do not know what the source of the slow order problem is. We have insufficient information.

Hi,

Would it help if I upclock my graphics cards on the Nvidia panel?

I have a motherload of cuda power I believe;

1 GTX 285
2 GT 120's
