Hi.
I have a great problem with replay chart function on your platform. It has been working some time ago, (a couple of days), however it doesn't anymore. Trere was a small problem with this function earlier. It played the chart for some time then stopped an after a restart od the platform it worked again, so it wasn't so much trouble to bother you. Now, (yesterday), it stopped for good. I mean even after the restart of the platform and computer too it doesn't work. After give the same link number to 3 charts, (Chart of Crude oil, (CL), the same chart and different time frames), and pressing play the chart goes to this place in the past I want to play from however doesnt play. I have reinstal my platform twice. For the first time for wersion 1982 that I had previously and now for the latest version. In both case I didn't acheive any positive results. Please help me.

We want you to re-download all of the data in the chart following these instructions:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Although I have done this all steps before you replayed me for my issue there was no effect. Tooday I did NOTHING just play the replay and it works. Anyay thank you for your support and help.
