I would like to create a watchlist and be able to scroll through each symbol without having to download the historical data for each symbol in the watchlist. As of now i can't figure out how to do that, i am having to keep going to delete all download date to reach the past period of time for each symbol in my watchlist, this is too much work, there must be an easier solution. And I would also like to not have to move the scroll bar back to the certain day that i want to view for every symbol in the watchlist. Tell me this is possible? I'm not sure if i am even using the right type of watchlist, i am using the Quoteboard.

Refer to the Associated Symbol List for a chart:
Changing the Symbol of a Chart: Using the Associated Watch List

And also refer to:
Global Settings Menu: Intraday File Update List (Global Settings menu) (if using Intraday charts)
Edit Menu: Edit >> Download Data for Associated Watch List Symbols (If using Historical Daily charts)

And uncheck this option:
General Settings Window: Reset Bar Size/Spacing/Scale On Symbol Change (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Charts >> Charts)

It doesn't work. How do i see the same amount of intraday data for all the symbols in my associated watch list, i followed the links you provided, but it still not working. The date range in file for the symbols in the watch list are different, i would like to have them all the same. And the uncheck option does not keep the chart on the same day when i move through different charts, the location changes to differnt dates, i want to see the same date on an intraday timeframe for each symbole i scroll through.

What specifically does not work?

To increase the amount of data in the chart, refer to:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data

does not keep the chart on the same day when i move through different charts, the location changes to differnt dates,
We cannot reproduce this problem. The chart remains at the identical Date-Time scrolled back to when changing the symbol.

I am in the associated watch list, than i go to the first symbol, go to Chart Settings and either change the dates in Date Range in File or change the days to load, i delete all data and download, after i do this it does give me the intraday data i want, but when i move to the next symbol in the associated watch list, the date range and start date is back to a different date of 11-11-19, it doesn't transfer the days to download or date range to the next symbol in the watchlist, how can i fix this issue?

It sounds like you first need to make sure the data for each symbol has a starting date which is early enough for what you require.

We think the best thing to do is to make sure this setting is far enough back in time for what you require:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/DataSourceSettings.php#MaxHistoricalIntradayDaysToDownload

And then do a mass delete of the symbols to cause a full re-download of data for them. Refer to:
Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File
