I am trying to pull some data from CME to use with my charts. The data is not available through the data provider directly, so it has to be manually entered into Sierra. I also want to back-test a few months with the data.

I am able to enter the data for the current day and back-test using the Spreadsheet for Trading Study; however, you can see this is an issue for previous days. I need to pull the data for calculation into the Spreadsheet for Trading Study to be able to back-test more than one day...

Any ideas?

Thanks!

I was hoping there was a way instead to enter the data into a spreadsheet in Sierra. I know how to accomplish that, but what I am having trouble with is referencing that data for the Spreadsheet for Trading Study. Study/Price Overlay does not allow the Spreadsheet to be referenced.

I have daily data that I need to reference for trading on a intraday chart. The data does not need to be charted, only available for the SS for Trading Study and backtesting. When entering the data into the SS for Trading Study, the data autofills all cells for every day and bar.

The Study/Price Overlay study definitely can reference Spreadsheet studies.

, the data autofills all cells for every day and bar.
