Attached is an example from Dec 9, 2019 in the evening, US Eastern Time. This is a 1-Trade periodicity chart with 'Combine Trades into Original Summary' turned on. ES-2019-12-GLOBEX. It wasn't a busy time in this market.

Note that the realtime readout shows duplicate trades of 166 buy contracts (left side of the image).

A delete and re-download of the same data shows the image on the right - a single 166 lot print. This is in agreement with a colleague's iqfeed tape, as well.

This isn't an isolated incident and has markedly increased over the last week or so.

It is not technically possible for there to be duplicate data transmitted. That really is an impossibility.

What happens when you select Chart >> Reload and Recalculate?

Make sure all of your installations of Sierra Chart are not sharing the same Data folder. They must not. That is going to be a cause of a problem like this.

I haven't been able, this morning, to Reload and Recalculate because, when there was more questionable data, Edit=>Delete all Data and Download comes up with all zeroes (see footprint image)

I'm running a single installation of Sierra, with one New Instance (to share CPU load)

You are not using the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. Based on what you are saying clearly you have not been during the month of December.

That data is from Interactive Brokers. That is the issue. Make sure you are logged into Trader Workstation using your Live IB account.
