Hello:

I can´t update the charts, error downloading chart data, i try to update the software to prerelease versión, then again to current versión but it doesn´t work, i can´t get the data in the chart

I had a 2 week free trial. Then paid $50 on 11/19/19 but still no access to Sierra Chart. Where did my $50 go if I can't access the charts. Either give me an active account or send my $50 back!!!!

And after that follow these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
