hello a month ago i saw there was a 5usd data feed trial, i have topped up my sierra chart account getting ready to buy the service package as well as the data feed and exchange fees but i cant seem to find the 5usd data feed trial option to activate it. has that option been removed?

In order to activate the exchange, you need to have an active Sierra Chart account. The account from which you are posting is Expired and therefore cannot activate the exchange. If you have another active account, please post to this thread with that account so we can activate the exchange for the proper account. You can also log into the support board using Help >> Support Board from within Sierra Chart.
