I am new to Sierra Charts but I do not have a Trading account. I have attempted to pay the fees requested to get live data feeds but have not been successful. I would like the $42 professional & non account holder data package. Please advise on how to make this happen. Thank you in Advance for your assistance. |

The Sierra Chart exchange data feed is set up properly on your account. However, you really should be using this data feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed We will help you switch to it next month.
