You need to update because Transact is forcing an update from the version you are on. Refer to the information here for how to update to the current version of Sierra Chart:

After you update, you may get an Account Logon Error, due to the change in the connection process. If you get this, refer to the information here for how to resolve it:

I the system won't receive my log in, worked fine yesterday after I did the download, dont know what happened
