Do I pay $25.00 for 20 CME symbols (data), 15.75 for the Exchange fees, and $26.00 for the charting totaling 66.75 for a complete package whether I have an account or not?

That pricing is correct but there is no symbol limit with this data feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed And this is the data feed that you will want to use.
