Volume Study Price-time multiplier

Dear Sirs,

I have developed the habit of sparing "scale-space" by truncating large number scales like NVOL, TVOL by a thousand, simply using the "Real-Time Price Multiplier" and "Historical Price Multiplier" Setting in a chart's Setting (F5).
But I have hit a snag when I tried to apply this approach to the Study of Volume. You see, with NVOL and TVOL having their own Sierra-ticker and own Chart, a Volume can only be added as a Study to a price chart, as I understand Sierra(for example the ES).
Thus it does not have a "Price Multiplier" and therefore I cannot change the scaling to a thousand times smaller.
Is there a workaround for this?

Thank you,

There is a Volume Multiplier setting also in Chart Settings.

The "Volume/Open Int.Multiplier" Setting in the Chart Setting will have No Effect on the Study of Volume (added as a 2nd Region of the Chart), and will only affect for example a Volume-Peaks-Valleys Chart added to the 1st Region of the price chart (like the ES in the above example).

This is not true. Here is an example of the volume multiplied by 10,000:

Or are you referring to a Historical Daily Chart?

So, are you saying that this won't work on a historical chart?
Furthermore, I need to decrease the 000-zeros in the end and whatever I do, it also affects the Peaks&Valleys Volume study on the side of the Chart (Region 1). Is there a way to affect the Study on the 2nd Region only (on an intraday chart)?

Actually I have this issue on an intraday chart. And it is producing insocnsistent results both on the Volume Scale and the PnV lines. Please see attached.
Could this be a glitch?

You definitely cannot make the multiplier less than 1. That effectively is causing volume data to be discarded. This is never going to work properly.

I see. But it works on the NVOL chart, correctly dividing it by 1000.
How come?

The only difference is that an NVOL chart has its own ticker and is therefore on Region 1.
So why doesn't get NVOL data "discarded", when divided by 1000x?

So should I take it that we have indeed hit a snag here, as I wrote yesterday?

Or could there a solution in the future?
And what did you mean by asking if the issue occurred on a Historical Chart? What difference would that make?
