Cant Launch Sierra Chart in 64 bit version

I was using Sierra earlier today fine. I shut down and came back 2 hours later and I cant launch SC. It works ok in 32 bit but not 64 bit. It does not even try to load just comes up with a windows error window saying SC has stopped working.

Is this a common problem with an easy fix?. Nothing on my machine has changed no new software or updates.

First thing we want you to do is to update to the current version. Download it from this page:
Software Download

Install Sierra Chart to:
C:\SierraChart\

Let us know if you still have the problem.

Perhaps there is a problem with the trade activity data. In any case we can figure it out.
