Data Feed Problem with New Active account

I have an active account (shows live) but chart will not update live. Unable to access trading for paid data now for 2 days. I have been unable to fix and also requested help from my team at Trade Pro Academy where they are also unsure to the situation. I can load a chart but it does not update live. Please advise |
