Could you please look into my account and let me know if the problem I'm experiencing is technical or related to my account? I'm attaching an image to show the problem.... as it can be seen, the bars are not printing/updating as price continues to change.

FYI, I have installed the latest version of Sierra AND I'm also on "live" trading.

Thanks for your prompt response.

This would be due to the Session Times settings. Refer to:

That is not the problem... I have been using the same Session Times setup for the longest time and this is the first time I experience this issue. It's as if I was getting delayed data. Could you please check my account to see if there are any issues that could be causing delayed data?

Thanks,

You might be getting delayed data. That is true. You need to connect Sierra Chart to your funded trading account. This is explained here:
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

You can see how these market data policies from the CME causes everyone so much problems every single day and every single month at the beginning. It is nothing short of insanity. Our support board is just hugely littered with requests related to this. With all kinds of variations on the same subject.

I'm still experiencing "delayed" data. I'm subscribed to Denali data and my Broker is TD Ameritrade.
I noticed this post on the Support board: "If you are using TD Ameritrade to authorize real time CME data that you are receiving from either the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed or the new Denali Exchange Data Feed, we can still authorize that data through a manual statement method. You will need to provide your TD Ameritrade statement. We will provide more details on this over the next couple of days and this method of authorization will require the use of the lower cost Denali Exchange Data Feed."
Please note that at the time I subscribed to the Denali data I was asked to provide my TD Ameritrade account information in order to get the non-professional pricing. After that, the data was coming in fine. But starting last Friday or so, data has been coming in delayed. Can you please recheck this issue within my Sierra account and let me know what is the problem?
Do note that I am not using Sierra to place orders, so I do not need to connect to TD Ameritrade within Sierra.

We want you to connect once to your TD Ameritrade account as explained here::
Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Connecting Only Once a Month to Trading Account to Support CME Group Exchange Fees

You must go through this if you have not already.
