Preparing my sierra chart account for new Futures Order routing service

I am preparing my sierra chart account to able to use "Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data" as a backup plan to receive realtime CME data at nonprofessional price. I followed setup instructions on "Sierra Chart Futures Order Routing Service With Data" introducing page. And just applied a new account in AMP Global Clearing.(Not funded and didn't apply any trading platform from AMP future yet) Once I funded my AMP trading account, I need to follow step 3 to fill request form to add my trading account to the Sierra Chart company TT FIX connection. It should have no problem. But, in step 4, you mentioned sierra chart will send me an Account Support Ticket asking me to confirm that the TT account identifier. My question is where I can find "TT account identifier"? Is this provided by AMP future? Thank you! |

When AMP has set you up on the SC Order Routing Service, they well tell us, so that we, Sierra Chart, can complete the set-up. When Sierra Chart has completed the set-up you will get a message (Account Support Ticket) identifying the account number that has been set-up on the SC Order Routing service. Hi, I submitted request form this morning. Both Sierra Chart client service and AMP client service work promptly, they completed account setting within 30 minutes. Thanks for replying and prompt service! |

30 minutes is very fast. This can be a multiple day process with other clearing firms.
