I just tried downgrading from 2017 to 2014. The installer is looking for a file https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/2014/FilesToDownload.txt that does not exist on the server, resulting in an error. In fact, most of these don't seem to exist for recent versions that I have checked.

2014 has been locked out. There is a serious issue with historical data downloads causing them to incorrectly timeout.

Which ones are available? Everything before 2017 seems to be gone, and I need a version before 2016 to test something. I think there might be a bug in the sc.OpenFile() function in versions >= 2016. Same ACSIL code with the very same configuration that still worked yesterday with 2014, stopped working with 2016 and 2017 today. I'm always getting a -1 error code. I am not aware of having changed anything that could have caused that. EDIT: Works fine with 2009, so something must have changed with either 2015 or 2016 that breaks the function. We had a look into this. We did need to change the function signature for those ACSIL file functions and this requires that you recompile your study using version 2016 or higher. But there is a notice given in the Window >> Message Log about this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Rebuilt it with 2017, and now it works. If there was a message in the log, I did not see it, which was likely due to the amount of debug logging output my own code generates. Maybe in the long run you could find a less subtle way of communicating the need to recompile studies after an upgrade?
