Delay When Moving Around Charts

Hi In the last week and a half my Sierra Chart is slow to respond. This happens when: I try to scroll up/down on price bar Scrolling across charts Trying to draw line etc every function I use IQ Data feed. When I disconnect to IQ data feed everything works normally. Reconnect and lag is back. I have contacted IQ, several checks have been made and no faults found. I have had an engineer out to my computer and says is working correctly with plenty of storage space. I have removed Sierra and have downloaded again from the beginning and still the lag occurs. Any ideas please - getting desperate. Many thanks Paul |
