I am with transact and asked them to enable me to get the service 5 package direct from SC. I opted out of transact platforms and they said I was now enabled to pay you direct. Added usage credit. Unable to add pkg 5 as it says not available.Please advise thank you |

Thanks. FYI to other transact users switching to standalone through SC. After opting out in transact client portal and setting up with you per your instructions, then they will need to opt in within client portal to new option "opt in to SC direct". then all will work
