my account runs through 11/30 with transact would like to transfer to Sierra charts and upgrade to package 5...I've already cancel my account through transact need some help

We have set your Sierra Chart account to service package 5 now.

The problem you are having is that once you have opted out of Sierra Chart through Transact, they require you apparently to sign some fee disclosure. Otherwise, you get an Account Logon Error which is explained here:
