BMF real-time data not being loaded

Hi there, I am experiencing some issue with BMF real-time data. I opened SC and connected do SC Data - All Services [data], but the real-time data is not being triggered for some reason. Could you check what is happening? Best Regards, |

After posting my request, I found out that another user had post the same request a couple of days ago. So, I followed the procedure in order to force login and send you my message log. Yes this is resolved and we have asked Barchart to provide a statement in regards to this issue. The is strictly a Barchart data feed issue. This is not a problem with our own systems.
