TPO & Market Delta Charts not working

I downloaded the newest version of Sierra and now neither the TPO nor Delta charts are working. Both are critical to my strategy and also one of the reasons I chose Sierra. Please advise.

You need to contact Transact and have them change your service package to the "Advanced" package 5. These study features are only part of the Advanced package as has been the case for all of our other users.
