Problem with v1063 and Barchart data

Updated from v1058 to v1063 and not able to obtain current data in a Quote Board.
Platform keeps downloading historical data for the chats at approx 1 min intervals
Chartbook performing perfectly prior to updating system.
Using Barchart data.
On another CPU I have v1063 running with TransAct data, that works perfectly.

Please advise how to rectify the problem with Barchart data.

For info, followed the recommended procedure to reload v1058. Platform showed same problem as with v1063 ( maybe due to error on my part?).
Deleted the whole Sierra directory and re-loaded from a back up on remote hard drive (v1040).
This works perfectly with Barchart data.

For the sake of uniformity. I updates Sierra on a second PC to prerelease 1063 using that version it was not possible to connect to TransAct DTC which is my main trading platform.
Rolled back to previous version on the PC.
Please investigate

Use the Service named "TransAct". TransAct DTC was the same. It was removed because there was no need to have it listed twice as a Service.
