Hi,

I have Denali data with tt routing trough SC.
My broker is AMP and they said to contact SC since the routing is with SC.

My question: How can I monitor open and closed positions? Do I need login credentials
for TT or how does this work?
At this moment I can't look into the routing, so if a position is closed in CS but still
open on TT I can't notice that.

Regarding the "global profit/loss management", somehow I can't select my account. Could you also
help me with this subject?

Best,

Stefan

So you want to monitor positions and orders independent from Sierra Chart? We are working on a web-based trading panel for this.

In regards to this, is there some problem where you are closing a Position in Sierra Chart and some TT trading interface is showing a different Position?

At this moment I can't look into the routing, so if a position is closed in CS but still
open on TT I can't notice that.

We have to look into Global Profit/Loss Management and get back to you.

Regarding Denali and TT I didn’t experienced any errors. In the past I experienced the error of a position not being closed in Rithmic but appeared to be closed in SC. This had costed me a fair amount of dollars.

This is the reason I like to keep an eye out on the positions. Just to be 100% sure.

Is there an timeframe for the release of the web based trading panel?

Thank you.

Not sure why you would have such a condition like this with Rithmic. However, unless we were to have looked into it closely we do not know what to say about this.

The web-based trading panel which should be out by the end of next week, will be another method to check your positions. However, we cannot guarantee it is always 100% accurate. In general what we have found with TT position reporting is that so long as the trading is done through Sierra Chart, or the upcoming web-based trading panel, the position tracking is accurate but there are no guarantees because this is not within our control. So therefore, you should always check your account statements at the end of the day.

Even with CQG there are known to be inaccurate reporting of position sometimes. But these are really rare cases.

Then I will check the statements and I’m looking forward to the web based panel.

As risk control I’ll update the profit/loss management, just in case something might go wrong.

Thank you for helping me out!
