Using SC historical data, the chart will not open symbols such as XLF. Instead it shows ??? and blank chart. Apparently only when using a watch list. XLF can be pulled up manually for example. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-12-20 21:44:50

This should now be resolved. Apparently you are using Interactive Brokers with Sierra Chart historical data. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. Now data for symbols such as CL#, NG#, SI#, etc. is not correct. Delete and refresh just brings in more incorrect data the further back you go.

We have a solution to this, but this will not be solved until we release a version later today. One solution you can use for now is to install another copy of Sierra Chart and set it to use the "SC Historical Data" Service. So now on an intraday watchlist, the symbols such as es-201403-globex come up as 'expired. click to rollover'. As well, for the daily watchlist symbols NXY0 and $SOX are reporting 'download failed' and are not updating. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2013-12-30 14:30:21

To use Sierra Chart Historical Data service symbols , NXY0 and $SOX , when using another service like Interactive Brokers install a second copy of Sierra Chart on your system and set it to use the "SC Historical Data service". Here are the instructions: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/MultipleServices.html This is the only solution for the time being.
