Horizontal Grid Offset with Trading Chart DOM On

The right hand scale normally aligns perfectly with the horizontal grid but when the Trading Chart DOM is set to On then there is an offset. I have drawn a horizontal line at 56.50 to highlight the offset. Refer to the 2 images without and with the Trading Chart DOM. This makes it difficult to align the price when placing an order.
