Please see the picture, any idea what would cause this? I am able to place orders from the AT DOM with no issue. Only orders placed from Sierra are seeing this. He is using an external copy of Sierra.

It is hard for us to say. The TransAct log file has to be checked. This will be the one within the Sierra Chart installation folder.


We just did a test now and successfully submitted an order for TF March 2014. This was using the latest Sierra Chart version.
