Hello, I am currently on Version 1869 and upgrading to the current version 2007. I have tried to do this 3 times now each time the process taking longer than 20 minutes before I am pressing the cancel button. How long should it take? In the past it has taken a minute or so? Thanks. |

It should just take about 20 seconds normally. We have to think about what we can do to improve this in cases where it is taking a long time. We have to analyze why that is the case because even if the Internet connection is not very good it should not take that long. I did it today, and it took about 20 seconds like you say. So most probably an issue from my end.
