Hi,

Did someone use transact?
Any Issue?
Someone advised me not to use transact for the datas.
What do you think?

Yes there are issues regarding the market data feed that we do here about currently involving data lagging and stopping with Transact.

I just would like to explain what i think...

* Yesterday, i had 1 loosing trade. The price touched 3 times my target, but didn t take it. 115 euros lost when it was supposed to be a winning trade.

* On Thursday, I had at least 10 points (FDAX) slippage. And just before the price change direction. My entry has been taken. My target no. 250 euros lost when it was supposed to be a winning trade. It seems that our orders with Transact are always taken after everyone. It seems that we are a bit late for everything.

* I cancelled an order, and for at least 5 min, my cancellation was pending.

* The last candlestick comes 10 s after the price. I'm not sure that even the price is not late.

90% of my loosing should have been winning trades.
I stopped to trade.
There is no point to trade, i loose money when i'm supposed to earn money.

I was with Rithmic before, i never had more than 2-3 ticks (FDAX) slippage.
But Rithmic has disconnections.

Please let me know if i am right...

Well certainly we do hear about data feed lagging problems with Transact, and you seem to confirm that.

This would be a server-side issue:

* I cancelled an order, and for at least 5 min, my cancellation was pending.
