Denali Real-time stopped working - needs Support's re-activation?

Hi, although I subscribed to the Denali feed 2 days ago & everything was working fine, it seems that as of the new month, the real-time feed component has stopped feeding through to me? Does it need reactivation, as was the case for this user? Thanks in advance. no data for my Denali account
