SC data feed - not respecting max depth of market levels

Data Trade Service Settings | Max Time & Sales Depth Levels = 20 Chart Settings | Market Depth = 20 Expected behaviour: All CME group Symbols show 20 levels of market depth Actual behaviour: COMEX GC shows only 10 levels, CME ES and other products show dozens of levels. I've read on this board that having too many levels of market depth can affect performance. I've tried restarting the program - what else can I try? Date Time Of Last Edit: 2019-11-01 07:12:00
