How do I set up my default entry order that if filled triggers SL of 2 pts & TP of 10 pts

How do I set up my default entry order (whether the entry is a market order, limit order or buy stop/sell stop---that if the entry order is filled it automatically triggers a Stop Loss order of 2 points from the fill & Take Profit order of 10 points from the fill? Thanks
