as a trader using a different brokerage service with trading platform, i loaded Sierra Charts back onto my pc after upgrading windows operating system [ my chart setups was no longer listed ]. as a trader since '87 i assume that my setup would be retain on the server in case of a computer crash. i dd not have any issues reloading my other trading platform [ had all of my chart setups ]. need help !
