Hi, I am getting historical only data for NQZ19-$IUXX and no data at all for NQ-201912-GLOBEX. I am having no problems with data for S&P or Dow futures. Regarding the premium symbol, refer to: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#StockIndexPremiums Regarding the NQ futures symbol it looks like there is a problem with the symbol settings. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And uncheck Global Settings >> Use Custom Symbol Settings Values. I followed all of the procedures above. I don't have any blank charts today and the historical download works but the real time data feed for futures (from Sierra Charts) is not working. I finally figured out Sierra turned off my data feed without sending me an alert or message of any kind, apparently I had a 52 cent balance due which could not be cleared until I paid $61 in two different payments. I got to go around in circles for half an hour trying to navigate the payment/activation aspect. Thanks for the help

There normally is a notice given in this type of case, but it is not happening for this data feed and we will resolve that. We will also make it clear, that when the Denali data feed has been set to be active but does not extend into the next month, due to an insufficient balance, that is very clear on the form where it is activated.
