How do I display the current market price on the right-side scale when I scroll backward? It only shows the last price in the current view. I'd like to be able to see both for comparison.

Use the Current Price Line study and set the Subgraph Draw Style to Subgraph Name and Value Labels Only, then turn on the Value Label for the Right Side Scale. Refer to the following for this draw style:
Chart Studies: Subgraph Name and Value Labels Only (ACSIL: DRAWSTYLE_SUBGRAPH_NAME_AND_VALUE_LABELS_ONLY)

And refer to the documentation for the Current Price Line here:

I tried it, but the line only spans across the last day and disappears when I scroll back in time. I need the current price to alway be visible as I scroll back in time.

Increase the setting for Number of Bars to Display On in the Current Price Line study. Enter a value that would cover the number of bars in your chart.

Post #4 is not recommended because it is inefficient.

That's what I thought. What do you recommend? It's helpful if I can see both values for comparison.
