Transact Sierra chart orders issues

I still have problems with orders between Sierra Chart and Transact. Also today I placed an order but despite being visible on the Sierra chart, it had not been forwarded; it was not possible to cancel it and after thirty seconds it disappeared. Is there a reliable version / configuration that allows me to trade in tranquility? thks |

We just want to confirm that at the time of this problem you had Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On disabled/unchecked within your instance of Sierra Chart?
