Error creating async window. Windows error code 1158: The current process has used all of its system allowance of handles for Window Manager objects. | 2019-10-29 14:03:02.719 Unable to load data because there was an error creating the async callback window Hi this is what I get if I try to keep many chartbooks open at once. Is there any way round this? Ram is only at ~15% usage, I have plenty of system resources left |

You really need to use multiple Sierra Chart instances: Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance This is an operating system limitation. Not with Sierra Chart. Ok thanks. How many charts does the O/S limit per per instance, as I have to plan ahead if I am going to utilise more instances. I think it looks like in the range off 1000-1500 per instance? |
