Hello I had another problem with Bitmex. When I placed an OCO order, I did not choose "client" yet they are shown as Child-client (See attachment 1) so they don't show up in the bitmex web client -- i.e. the open order in bitmex web client has no stop or target. Also, in another case, I had stop market and price moved through the stop without executing. the markers in SC and bitmex vanished but the order did not execute. It happened twice already. See attachment 2. When I set that on the bitmex web client it works fine. Please advise. Thanks |

This is explained here: Attached Orders: General Management of Attached Orders BitMex does not support server-side Bracket orders or OCO orders. In regards to that Stop order, follow the instructions here to determine the Service Order ID for that order: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity And then asked BitMex about it. We cannot help with this. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. Thanks for the reply. I had read on your site https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/BitMEX_Trading.php#Included that Bitmex does support OCO and server side bracket: Server Managed OCO (Order Cancels Order): Yes. Requires current version. Server Managed Bracket Orders: Yes. Requires current version. Please advise. Regards |

BitMex withdrew server-side OCO and bracket orders. We are updating the documentation now.

Hello I noticed yesterday SC is not displaying orders on the chart correctly vs bitmex web client. The open order on bitmex is at 8164 and on SC is at 8077. The stop and take profit limits are correct. I attached charts. Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-01-13 17:37:19
