Study corrupted?

I have been working on this for 4 days and am stuck. I isolated to what I think is the problem. So Im asking if you think its something else I'm missing?

Without going through all my settings, I have a study that returns the H/L for my alert in Pre hours. Because its of a study, and I want the associated price, Ive added studys to show it.
The point is that according to the CVW (Chart Values window), it does indeed return a value.(In this case 3002). This is verified by a "Color Bar Alert" Arrow that I have set to trigger when Above this (high)level. So it works. Also, the "low" value works. Its set to L < than the Pre Low.

The problem is when I set another Color Bar alert (many), and it works fine, but I want it to NOT show up if the price was ABOVE this value (in this case 3002), the Color Bar Alert doesn't work. (I used the Alert in those studies of 'ID7.SG2 < ID48.SG1' {whereas ID7.SG2 is the RTH HIGH}, or 'H < ID48.SG1' to show only if the RTH/HIGH price hasn't exceeded that ID48.SG1 (3002) price. Ive added/subtracted info in the alert Condition, and indeed it is this that causes it to not work. Also, this is the based off the "Hi/Low for time period/Extended" Study. The LOW works fine in all cases,so I don't think its that study, just the HIGH (3002) but only in the case I just mentioned.

So if that didn't confuse you, I simplified my quest to what I thought it might be. I created a "Color Bar based on Alert" whereas ( H > ID48.SG1) {ID48.SG1 shows up in the Chart Window as 3002 and correctly works in other studies}. So, H,L,C,O all worked to produce the Cyan Down Arrow in the pic attached,EVEN though the Bar price was clearly below 3002! BUT H,L,C,O < (LESS) than ID48.SG1 (3002) produced NO Cyan Arrows at all!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but this tells me that for some reason ID48.SG1 is returning a 0 (Zero) value, even though it shows 3002 in the Chart Value Window. I also checked to make sure the Chart value was showing 3002 at the particular time, and it was.

So unless you have some, "Oh it's this!", I'm thinking that one of the studies is corrupt. Even though I have several of the same type working fine. I've checked all settings etc, and they are identical except for the "Less Than" in that alert.

Is there a way to "reload" a fresh version while keeping my settings? Ive saved my "Sierra3.cfg" file which I think are my settings and studies. Thank You.

(BTW: I'm sure someone already suggested to add the Study ID to the Chart Value Windows for easier identification.

BTW: When I push RAC (Reload All Charts), sometimes it will indeed work. I checked and all my studies are below ~ 120ms in calculation. Any ideas?

Yes, I confirmed, that they do work, but only after I RAC "Reload all Charts" everytime.
I cant say that I noticed while connected one way or the other. Does this have something to do with being offline? The other studies work, so I can't imagine it's that.

We cannot understand this in detail but it might be related to what is described here in regards to calculation order:

We will see about this:
